Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and yesb2 ("yesb2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://yesb2.io and any associated mobile or web interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the yesb2 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. yesb2 strictly prohibits use of its Platform by minors. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of yesb2 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason, unless yesb2 has expressly reinstated your account in writing.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered and operated solely by the account holder.

yesb2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, including but not limited to government-issued national identification, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the yesb2 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active yesb2 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If yesb2 identifies that a user holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended without notice, all bonuses will be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your yesb2 account. You must not share your login details with any other person. yesb2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact yesb2 customer support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

yesb2 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud and financial crime. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and proof of the payment method used to fund your account. Verification documents must be valid, legible, and submitted in their original, unaltered form.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yesb2 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to eligible Bangladesh accounts. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. yesb2 reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment account and request an alternative funding method if the source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier screen and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever operationally possible. yesb2 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within one business day, subject to payment processor availability and verification status. yesb2 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the yesb2 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user and are charged by your payment provider, not by yesb2.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. yesb2 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of up to ৳200 against the balance of an inactive account, until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. Users will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

yesb2 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to real-money funds upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• yesb2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus awarded as the result of a technical error, system fault, or suspected abuse.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or the reversal of qualifying deposits — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the yesb2 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. yesb2 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances expressly described in the product-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or manifest error in a price, odds, or game outcome, yesb2 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the user's account.
• yesb2 sports betting markets operate using decimal odds. Payout is calculated as stake multiplied by odds. The user is responsible for understanding how odds work before placing a bet.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at yesb2's discretion, particularly during periods of significant uncertainty such as stoppages in play or breaking news events.
• yesb2 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers. yesb2 does not interfere with the outcome of any game round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesb2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or over the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity in relation to events available for betting on yesb2.

• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yesb2 staff, customer support agents, or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yesb2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of yesb2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of yesb2.

The yesb2 brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of yesb2. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks for any purpose whatsoever.

Privacy & Data

In all circumstances, yesb2's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yesb2 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

yesb2 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following obligations:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
• The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit yesb2's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms by you.
